PD MP Saimir Korreshi has spoken about the opinion of the Venice Commission on the mandate of Olta Xhaçka.

According to Korreshi, the Constitution has melted and Rama has captured every institution.

During an interview, Korreshi stated that Xhaçka should implement the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding her mandate.

"This is where the constitution has melted in my opinion, there is no more division of powers, there is only one, whatever name I call it, the blanket that has captured all the powers. Every lawyer no longer respects the rules of law but does what the boss tells you.

When a regime comes to an end, they act in this way, there is no way to read the decision of the Constitutional Court and take a professional opinion and analyze the opinion of Venice, when it is clear that the decision must be respected.

Ms. Xhaçka should have surrendered to the decision of the Constitutional Court. The opposition does not ask to be removed from the parking lot, but for the Constitutional Court to judge whether or not there is a conflict of interest, which we think there is.
