The member of the Municipal Council of Tirana, Dorian Teliti, has announced that the cost of the patronage of Nazis is 90 million euros foreseen in the 2025 draft budget of the Municipality of Tirana.

Teliti said that for several years, about 7,000 people in Tirana have been a willing troop of paid patrons of the political chief of 5D and the phantom incinerator.

 The member of the Council of Tirana has also published facts with which he strengthens his arguments.

Fact 1: In 2016, the number of employees in the Municipality of Tirana and all its affiliated institutions/directorates/JSCs did not exceed 5,000.

Fact 2: In 2024 and 2025, there are a total of 12,100 employees, completely abusively increasing the number of employees by a full 2.4 times.
