Bozdo said that the Municipality of Përmet has given the company 'G&M Construction 07' the procurement for the rehabilitation of the Qilarisht reservoir, which according to him belongs to the son of the Mayor of Poliçan, Adriatik Zotkaj.

He stated that the company 'G&M Construction 07' won the competition in the complete absence of competition.

"Just three days after Edi Rama declared that he would make Albania a 'lighting beacon of the world' in matters of public procurement, using artificial intelligence, the Municipality of Përmet gives the next procurement to the company of Mayor Poliçan's son, the company 'G&M Construction 07'. The procurement is for the works for the rehabilitation of the Qilarisht reservoir.

The company 'G&M Construction 07' wins this competition in the complete absence of competition, even with an offer of almost 100% of the limit fund. In the same procedure, two companies with the lowest bids are preliminarily disqualified from the competition, leaving the company of the son of Adriatik Zotka, the mayor of Poliçan, alone in the competition.

Article 2 and 3 of the Law on Public Procurement requires the application of the principle of competition in all cases, that is, it requires competition with more than one participant! But the mayor of Përmet prefers to break the law and give the tender to the son of her colleague in Poliçan", he said.

The member of the Presidency of the DP denounced that Zotkaj's son has received another tender, but this time from the Municipality of Dimal.

He said the company 'G&M Construction 07' won without competition the tender for the continuation of the asphalt layer on Drenovicë street.

"What makes this corrupt scheme even more serious is the fact that it does not happen for the first time: in August of this year, Mayor Dimal granted the company 'G&M Construction 07', i.e. the company of Adriatik Zotka's son, another public tender - the continuation of the asphalt layer on Drenovicë street, again with an offer of almost 100% of the limit fund and again in the complete absence of competition, that is. with a single contestant.

Within 4 months, the son of Adriatik Zotka wins two tenders without competition, with a maximum offer of almost 100% of the limit fund. For this, his father's two socialist colleagues, the mayors of Dimal Municipality and Përmet Municipality, put their hands on their hearts.

This is how the law is violated openly, with both feet, in the middle of the day and with the arrogance that characterizes this power and this government rotten by corruption and nepotism.

When you add to this destruction that is being done to public funds, Edi Rama's mockery with the Albanians on the use of artificial intelligence to show the world how to fight corruption, you immediately get the answer why Albanians are poorer than 12 years ago, why we have gone down at the end of Europe while other countries multiply wages and pensions, why retirees buy less with their pension than 12 years ago, why young people leave the country, why farmers are left at the mercy of the facts, why crime dominates and dictates everything, why hopelessness and depression are rampant. This is the undone Albania 2030, according to Edi Rama's own vision.

These facts made public and denounced by the Democratic Party are already more than enough for SPAK to be immediately set in motion to investigate this entire corrupt scheme. For this, a strong will is needed to attack corruption, but in the meantime, many previous denunciations by the Democratic Party, on flagrant facts, have been left in oblivion by SPAK", emphasized Bozdo./ CNA
