The debate about procedural deadlines and appointments to judicial positions is not a new thing.

The constitution and the laws that had as their objective the creation of a different kind of justice in organization than the first one, are often poorly written. With deadlines that are found to have been exceeded while the approved acts had not yet entered into force.

This is the reason, for example, why we had several versions, (depending on who read the provisions), as in the case of the election of Arta Mark as General Prosecutor, in the selection criteria of the members of the High Courts, etc.

Due to poorly written texts due to irresponsibility, clientelism or conflict of interest that the writers had with the personal objectives for the expected new positions, more than once, solutions have been improvised in function of the goal sought to be achieved.

The case of the term limits of the members of the Constitutional Court is the newest in the conflict of interpretations.

The owners of the new justice system, actively represented by Sokol Sadushi, today have as their objective the appointment of Ardian Dvorani to the position of President of the Constitutional Court.

This is the objective they started to serve, since the day when a lady promoted by Artan Hoxha suddenly resigned from the chair of the member of the Constitutional Court. Sokol Sadushi spread in the media a letter of application of Ms. Zaçe, with which you had to say that Ms. Zaçe knew that her mandate ended in 2025.
