"The Constitutional Court's decision came from Rama's

DP leader Sali Berisha, in a press conference, called on citizens to take their destinies into their own hands on December 22 and protest to overthrow the Rama 4 government.

The opposition leader has announced that the protests will last until a caretaker government is formed.

Regarding the Constitutional Court's decision on the Balluku case, according to Berisha, this decision came from Rama's offices.

"The decision issued by Edi Rama's offices, and signed by inexperienced and irresponsible judges, closes every path, every road, every opportunity for the fight against corruption, the legal protection of public assets and the taxes of Albanian citizens.

Edi Rama committed the most unprecedented act in the history of a state to protect the money stolen and shared together with Lubi Balluku in the Llogara tunnel, and not only.

Any attempt to fight corruption by persons with immunity becomes zero. Never in its existence has Albania received such a severe blow in protecting the theft of Albanian citizens, ever.

Since the founding of the Albanian state until today, the decision issued by Edi Rama's offices and certified by irresponsible and unqualified judges of the Constitutional Court, definitively overthrows the rule of law and guarantees the open and public theft of the money and assets of Albanian citizens, the transformation of this theft, of these amounts into votes and of the vote into a crime.

That report that I have denounced before you for years and years, now that report has received the most powerful shield from the drug court, from the drug state, from Edi Rama with the certification of his decision in court.

Therefore, the only hope, the only way is for Albanian citizens to take control of their destiny, their vote, their future.

And there is only one way out of this, protest, protest and only protest.

"December 22 is a day on which every Albanian, regardless of party beliefs, can prove their courage, their determination in denouncing, unmasking the public defense that Edi Rama made of his and Lubi Balluku's thefts, in the attempt to establish a technical government and the upcoming elections," said Berisha./ CNA
