This attack has been launched against me for more than a year, politically inspired by DP and PL, and I regret that part of this pressure has fallen not only the media, but also the Prosecutor's Office. I expect that justice will act quickly and fairly and that my innocence will be proven by the court. I will continue this battle in every instance convinced of my innocence", Molla said according to them.

While Mariglen Qato has declared: "I, Mariglen Qato, am innocent. I have nothing to do with the allegations and I have not done anything illegal. In the exercise of my duties, I have worked diligently and strictly enforced the law.

I feel sorry that SPAK has fallen prey to the political pressure of Ilir Meta and Belind Këlliç, who have launched this political attack on me for months , without any real facts. I remain confident that this process will end as soon as possible, justice will do its job and the truth of my innocence will come to light."

In fact, this position seems to be the same as that of Sali Berisha, who says SPAK accuses me of political accusations mounted by Rama.

Taulant Tusha, after today's arrest warrant, has the second case in SPAK, while Mariglen Qato is being investigated, in addition to the 5D file, for the issue of soils in the Tirana incinerator.

The third director, Redi Molla, is the only one who is not in office. In fact, there are two other directors under investigation, ET, who was reported and EK, suspected of some issues in SPAK.
