Under the direction of Erion Veliaj, the media paid for by the incinerator affair and the Municipality of Tirana have started publishing the statements of the directors arrested after the decisions of the GJKKO and the investigations of the SPAK.
The media of Veliaj also knew what the directors said in front of the prosecutors today, when in fact they were detained today and have not yet been interrogated.
According to the media of the incinerators and Veliaj, they have stated that the accusations are political by the PD, PL and Ilir Meta or Belind Kelliçi.
"I am Redi Molla, I am a Civil Engineer graduated in Italy, with a long career in Italy and Albania. For 4 years I ran UKT with excellent results and during all the time I was in office I respected the laws of the country and gave my best. Today I became aware of the accusations brought against me by SPAK - I declare with full conviction that I am innocent of these accusations, and I have no connection of interests with the company in question.
This attack has been launched against me for more than a year, politically inspired by DP and PL, and I regret that part of this pressure has fallen not only the media, but also the Prosecutor's Office. I expect that justice will act quickly and fairly and that my innocence will be proven by the court. I will continue this battle in every instance convinced of my innocence", Molla said according to them.

While Mariglen Qato has declared: "I, Mariglen Qato, am innocent. I have nothing to do with the allegations and I have not done anything illegal. In the exercise of my duties, I have worked diligently and strictly enforced the law.
I feel sorry that SPAK has fallen prey to the political pressure of Ilir Meta and Belind Këlliç, who have launched this political attack on me for months , without any real facts. I remain confident that this process will end as soon as possible, justice will do its job and the truth of my innocence will come to light."

In fact, this position seems to be the same as that of Sali Berisha, who says SPAK accuses me of political accusations mounted by Rama.
Veliaj and his directors claim that they are accusations of Sali Berisha, Këlliç and Ilir Meta.
The two parties must understand that they are messing up the world.
Whose is this SPAK, which according to Saliu is controlled by Edi Rama and according to Veliaj, controlled by Saliu?
Divide your mind and it doesn't suit you, you are also experienced politicians.

So just show that SPAK is in order and the thieves behind bars have nothing to hope for.
It's just that Veliaj is keeping them in jail as they kept Lefter Koka, who is suffering the third year behind bars together with Alqi Bllako, although they lied to him that they would stay for a few months, which are turning into several years.
Even the directors of Veliaj risk very strong charges and sentences that can go up to 8 years.
Taulant Tusha, after today's arrest warrant, has the second case in SPAK, while Mariglen Qato is being investigated, in addition to the 5D file, for the issue of soils in the Tirana incinerator.
The third director, Redi Molla, is the only one who is not in office. In fact, there are two other directors under investigation, ET, who was reported and EK, suspected of some issues in SPAK.
This time, Berisha and Veliaj are together, they think that the former was imprisoned by the latter and the soldiers of the latter were imprisoned by the former./ CNA
