Economic expert Brisida Shehaj said today that the Court's imprisonment of Mayor Erion Veliaj was an expected situation.

Invited to a show on 'SYRI TV', Shehaj said that Erion Veliaj was the biggest lyncher of all those people he thought were a problem for him.

Shehaj emphasized that Veliaj decided to wage a battle with SPAK prosecutors, who not only have words in their hands, but also papers and deeds in their hands.

"What happened today is something that was expected for me, as was Erion's entire entourage, and I am talking about those individuals approached by him in the Municipality of Tirana, who had no connection to the Socialist Party, but became part of the leadership structures of Tirana throughout Tirana. They probably had other expectations for the Socialist Party, but for me it was something expected. Of course, these investigations will continue and intensify.

I think that, if for other investigations, like in the case of 5D or in investigations of other corruption files, it was left at that - I mean, it was left at those letters - and in many cases they probably haven't expanded beyond those letters they have, so in the paths that the letters lead to, they haven't expanded to close that, ok, they were caught, that's it and do what you have to do and get out.

Erion Veliaj, due to his dirty style, which he has done repeatedly, has been the biggest lyncher of all those people he thought were a problem for him.

So, Erion had no problem breaking into anyone's house. Erion had no problem lynching his political opponents, even those who are dead in Sharra.
Erion had no problem lynching generations, as he did, including in my case, those people who posed a danger and a problem for the thefts that Erion Veliaj was committing.

So, karma is karma. At these moments, Erioni decided to do battle with the SPAK prosecutors, who do not have in their hands just the word like us simpletons, but they also have in their hands the papers, the deed, the gavel, a few judges and, therefore, the burden that he raised for everyone himself.
He thought himself powerful, but now his power is running out.

What I have a question about is this: will Erion Veliaj support him, like all the useful morons that Edi Rama and the Socialist Party had before Erion, those who ate him before Erion? Will they serve the SP to grab some money, some business, some concession or some tender, or will Erion Veliaj's entire entourage no longer serve Edi Rama?" - said Shehaj./CNA
