A 38-year-old man was arrested today near the Kamza turnof...
The Chargé d'Affaires of the European Union Delegation to Albania, Andre Rizzo, delivered his speech at the 7th National Conference on the Right to Information.
In his speech, Rizzo said that transparency has not yet been verified and stated that there is a delay in providing information.
Further, in his speech, Rizzo stated that the European Union will continue to support Albania in the implementation of law and public information.
" Transparency is not unified. Inconsistent implementation of the unity of public opinion and delayed provision of information."
"There are encouraging signs, as is being shown by the model of transparency programs. The EU will continue to support Albania in the right to transparency and information ," Rizzo said./CNA
