All the outside advisors the President pays but hides

It is not easy to find the full list of Advisors that Bajram Begaj pays each month to advise him. On the official website of the President of the Republic, you can find the members of the cabinet, but it only reveals the list of full-time Advisors.

That list is missing the names and CVs of a bunch of people that Bajram Begaj pays as External Advisors.

They are part of Begaj's Cabinet, albeit part-time. Which means "they don't work 40 hours a week." However, as long as they are paid, that list is at least forwarded to Begaj's Finance office once a month.

The complete list can be found, however, at the offices of the Ministry of Finance or the Treasury in Tirana, from where payments are ordered. The remuneration of these advisors is up to 100,000 lek per month, but they do not appear on the institution's official website.

Why does the Presidency hide those who are paid to advise the President?

After the discovery of the list of advisors that the former Speaker of the Parliament paid for advice, it was discovered that someone was advising her on her hairstyle. That list was also kept secret until the day someone found it.

Before Begaj makes public the list of "secret" mentors, we are mentioning some of them:
- Afrim Krasniqi, known as an NGO owner and opinion leader.
- Petrit Plloçi, lawyer, former member of the Constitutional Court.
- Sokol Berberi, lawyer, former member of the Constitutional Court.

The list does not end here, but this part of the list makes Begaj's motive for hiding them meaningless.

Their personalities do not make sense of the motives that force the President to hide them from the public, because with the CVs that at least each of these three have, Begaj would have to boast.
Are they the ones who are ashamed to appear as Begaj's advisors, or does the rest of the list resemble that of Spiropal?
