Former president Bamir Topi, invited to A2 CNN, spoke about the elections in the Municipality of Tirana and the opposition's position.

Topi stated that the opposition should make up its mind whether or not to participate in the elections and, if it does, to nominate the strongest political figure.

The former president compared taking over the Municipality of Tirana to taking over the midfield in football, a key thing.
