PSD Chairman Tom Doshi from Saranda called on citizens to vote for the Social Democratic Party as the only one that has a social program to support the needy.

"I want power to serve you, the poor, the pensioners, so that there is no shortage of medicines. I am the third force in Albania and we will be the third force tomorrow. We only have 6 thousand commissioners throughout the country. I ask you to commit to supporting us so that you can support yourselves. Many people throughout the country tell me that if it weren't for you, we wouldn't have gone to vote. I invite you all to come together," said Doshi.

Doshi said that Saranda has been facing several problems for years, which have not been resolved, while calling on them to support the PSD on May 11.

"I know the problems that Saranda has, problems with legalizations, with ownership certificates. Saranda has no water, they want to take the water to Italy through pipelines. None of the politicians you have had so far have had feelings and if you don't have the spirit to help others, you can't do anything. I have many highlanders, Mirditori who are here in Saranda and they feel the same way as you. This is a great message that we highlanders know to respect others wherever we go. You who are here and have friendship wherever you are, in Greece and wherever you work because this is the last week," said Doshi.
