Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a video on social media, has once again repeated the request for immigrants to receive ballots.

Rama further said that this is a historic opportunity and those who received the envelopes were told to return them to Albania with the number 5.

 

" A prayer for all those who are registered as voters in Greece to receive the envelopes and not to miss out on the historic opportunity for an encounter with history. A historic opportunity to be a voter for the first time outside the borders of Albania. If you have received the envelopes at home, please act by turning them towards Albania with the number 5 ," said Rama./ CNA
