The candidate for deputy in the Korça region with the Socialist Party, Besa Spahiu, has shared a heartfelt and emotional video on social networks. Through a video, her father, Gëzim Spaho, former chairman of the SP for Korça in the years 2001-2006, conveyed a message for her.

Spaho says that her father's words are a narrative of her journey and take on even more value because of the mission he has fulfilled in his duties.

"My father, Gëzim Spaho, has rarely spoken about me, about my journey, about the values ??he has inherited from me and about the faith he has in me. It is a rare feeling when you hear a parent speak about you, not simply as his child, but as a person who has a mission to fulfill in the service of others. His words are an inspiration to me, but also a daily reminder that every step I take must be with humility, responsibility and love for people," Spaho writes.

In the message, his father Gëzim Spaho says that Besa began to be active with the Socialist Party from a young age, connected to this party also due to the circumstances of his work.

"These two daughters of mine, like Migena, like Besa, grew up with our good care, always thinking that we would raise and educate them. They felt very close to the Socialist Party at the time that I was the chairman of the Socialist Party for Korça, from 2001 to 2006, and this was the period in which they became so close to the SP that in the conferences for Korça they were either from Besa or from Migena," said Spaho.

Spaho said that the beginnings of Besa's involvement were about 20 years ago.

"Besa was more mischievous than Migena, the other girl. She was a lively, resourceful girl. From 2004-2005, she led the FRESH group of high school no. 3," said Gëzim Spaho.

Finally, his father shared some advice for him.

"He should not be included in the list of MPs who do not take the floor once. He should be an active part of the MPs who will protect the interests of the country, the party and the legislation," said Spaho. /CNA
