In a post on Facebook, the democratic deputy Jorida Tabaku says that what was unfairly taken from them, i.e. the installment of the unconstitutional tax, must be returned to the freelancers. 

She emphasizes that the first decision that the new Minister of Finance, Petrit Mallaj, must send to the government's desk is the return of this payment that was received unfairly and dishonestly at a time when the Constitutional Court was examining the case sent by DP and independent professionals.

Free professionals should return what was unfairly taken from them, the installment of the unconstitutional tax!
The government continues to be silent about the return of the installment of the tax that it unjustly took from the freelancers. Let's be clear, the middle class has unfairly paid an installment of the unconstitutional tax on freelancers. They must return what was taken unfairly and dishonestly!

The first decision that the Minister of Finance must send to the government's desk is the return of this payment that was unfairly and dishonestly taken at a time when the Constitutional Court was considering the case sent by DP and independent professionals.
There is no legal, economic and administrative logic for the government to keep 10 million euros in its treasury that were taken from freelancers!

If the government is silent today, it is a consequence of its political decision to unjustly seize 10,000 citizens who have a small business the income that belongs to them. Time to return to the citizens what was taken unfairly and dishonestly!

We need an honest government that treats citizens with dignity. That respects the enterprise! That does not overload with taxes and does not put its hand in the pocket of the middle class even when the Constitution prohibits it! We will not stop as long as what was taken from the middle class is not returned! /CNA
