While Himara was gathering to make the clear and indisputable choice it made yesterday, the kitchen of the Greek extremist circles, where the big soup of lies about the properties in Himara and the blankets of those in Tirana without din, faith, religion or anything was cooked homeland, continued to bring out the tails on the history of my mother's family's properties in the village of Vuno in Himara.

They over there, down from Athens, don't want to admit that the time has passed in Albania when they could stick their hands and noses in to do our jobs through servants and eunuchs with power in Tirana. While these here, up from Tirana, after the time died when they could trample with both feet every law and custom, to rob what they could with the shadow of power and with laws and government decisions made for their interests, of family members and their followers, they definitely want to include me in the miserable category of the corrupt, to which they belong forever in the most inglorious way.

As I said publicly a few days ago, the next defamation lawsuit of these of ours will go to court as soon as it is ready. But this being the property stolen from me in Vuno by government decisions, a malicious fabrication in all its filth, I am publicly sharing some facts that show very stubbornly, that not only are we not all the same in these trenches politics, we are living in two completely different worlds and we have worldviews about politics and power that are as different as day and night.

• On 12.05.2003 at the request of Edrin and Eno Koleka as heirs (with special power of attorney) of Petro and Spiro Koleka, the Court of Vlora recognizes the ownership of Petro and Spiro Koleka over 22.4 ha of forest and pasture in the village of Vuno, Himarë Municipality ( somewhere high up in the mountain ranges far from the coastline as they talk about tens of millions worth of "robbed" land).
• On 06.05.2016 with the entry into force of the law 133/2015 which was reviewed until Strasbourg, Edrin Koleka submits a request to the Property Handling Agency (ATP) for the recognition and return of the property to the existing borders, because it is vacant land ( so at the time when I was at the head of the government and at the head of the agency was a leader appointed by my government, with my signature).
• With decision no. 504, dt. 30.03.2017, the ATP rejects the request of Edrin Koleka and argues the objection on the basis of VKM no. 222 date 23.03. 2016 "On the treatment of requests for recognition of property and its compensation" (which bears my signature, not that it does not favor them, as the clowns of Greek extremism in Athens and the stateless infidels of the waters and the blacklists of The United States in Tirana, on the contrary, directly prevents the 11 heirs of the Koleka family from benefiting from the property of their grandparents).
• The documentation is considered incomplete, not only based on the above VKM, but also according to law no. 133/2015 on "Property handling and completion of the property compensation process". (In other words, this law passed with the proposal of my government of the first term and with the votes of the socialist majority, does not recognize the court's decision as a document of origin).
• Edrin Koleka appeals this decision of the ATP to the Vlora Court of Appeal, and this court with decision no. 40 dated 19.03.2019 annuls the decision no. 504 dated 30.03.2017 of the ATP, recognizing the physical compensation in the boundaries of the property of Petro and Spiro Koleka, for an area of ??22.4 ha of forest and pasture in Vuno, Vlora District.
But the odyssey of the heirs of this property, including myself (despite the fact that I have made it known to the family since long ago, when I was just "a painter with uncut nails who slept under the bridges of Paris" as they called me the politicians of Tirana in their books of insults, that I have no interest in becoming the owner of anything inherited, except for my studio eti) does not end there.
• The Property Handling Agency, with letter no. 6175/1 dated 26.06.2019, exercises recourse against the heirs of the Koleka family in the Supreme Court against decision no. 40 dated 19.03.2019 of the Vlora Court of Appeal.
• As a conclusion, to this day there is still no court date in the Supreme Court for handling this case, from which one of the potential beneficiaries is my brother, just as there is no property registered in the cadastre all day today name of the heirs Petro and Spiro Koleka.

Now, I know that as soon as I post this factual explanation of the farce of a thousand of my unworthy opponents at my address, there will be no shortage of naysayers who will struggle with the facts as usual, or those who will to find a way to mock this approach of mine towards the property interests of my family members and relatives, to whom I express my regret that because of my duty they have to listen to the balconies of political despair and see and read the channels of media sludge, a history of Mascarene people from Athens and Tirana, for a property that they have been looking for step by step since the 90s.

But I'm used to those who "don't fill" and who see the world with the blind eyes of political bias or analytical-media hatred. This explanation is not for them, but only for that majority of Albanians who, for 11 years, have given me the extraordinary honor of their trust to lead Albania, to whom I believe the history of this property is worth, as a proof of my loyalty to them in performing such a high duty, where I have never, in any case, received and will not receive any material benefit through the power I exercise, and from which my family members and relatives have never received, in any case, not even a special treatment thanks to the power I exercise.
Maybe even though I was informed from a young age that death is not a rumor and I later learned that neither money nor property titles drink water in the next world, I have always been interested in other things of this world, where for me there is no greater thing than to leave traces of a good memory on those around you and where the supreme privilege to change for the better the place where you were born, justifying the faith of those who gave it, there is no money, property of material wealth that can compete.

Not 22.4 ha of forest and pasture, but if the whole sea were made sour for me, I wouldn't accept it in exchange for the pleasure of a single day like this on duty, when Himara woke up freed from the long fog of a story to t was written again.
