Publisher Nikoll Lesi commented today regarding the situation within the Democratic Party.
Invited to the "Now" show with journalist Erla Mëhilli, Lesi expressed harsh criticism of the DP, which he did not consider a strong opposition party.
Lesi said he is concerned about the future of the DP, as according to him, with the current leadership it can never come to power.
"The DP with Doctor Berisha is over. It will never come to power with him. The idea is even more reinforced to me by yesterday's meeting of the two democrats. I saw the Mirdita meeting tonight and saw very different reactions, there were even insulting words (from those present). When a country does not have a strong opposition, democracy is also truncated. I am also worried about the opposition, not about the Doctor, but about the opposition.
