Former president Bamir Topi, a close associate of Sali Berisha, who was a deputy and minister at the time when the Democratic Party was in power, changed "plates". 

Today he appeared at a table organized by the Democratic Party of Vula alongside Lul Basha. Even though he articulated that he is not currently with any political party, the statements he made and his positioning alongside Basha showed quite a bit. 

Topi did not hesitate to bite Berisha's deputies, as he emphasized that the scenes we saw from the DP deputies with the opposition action were not necessary in the parliament. According to Bamir Top, in the end nothing was achieved and only an agreement with Rama. 

He even directly attacked the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha as he compared the agreement reached with the majority on the commissions with the one of 2008 regarding the constitutional changes in the Electoral Code.

So, he targeted his old associates and the reason why he supported Basha in this moment of political crisis is still unknown. 

Topi showed today that he is a political charlatan and has apparently been added to the list of Basha's palaces./ CNA
