On Wednesday, former president Bamit Topi appeared at a table together with the head of the DP of Vula, Lulzim Basha. Even though he emphasized at the beginning of his speech that he is not with any political party, he did not leave Sali Berisha's MPs unscathed. 

He emphasized that the scenes we saw from the DP deputies with the opposition action were not necessary in the parliament. According to Bamir Top, in the end nothing was achieved and only an agreement with Rama. 

Meanwhile, the former president did not leave without advising the deputies of Basha, stressing that a fierce battle with the force of the argument is needed in the Assembly. 

"This table is very important to concentrate on public pressure. You who are in the parliament must fight a tough battle. It must be accompanied by a strong argument. Not the schemes we have seen. I put pressure on him reached an agreement. I think it's time to talk about big truths," he said./CNA
