The head of the Democratic Party of Vula, Lulzim Basha, appeared today in a "cheeked" manner, as rarely, next to former president Bamir Topi and lawyer Spartak Ngjela. 

He tried to appear as the head of the Democratic Party, which is concerned about the changes in the Electoral Code. He was even more concerned about the immigrant vote. 

"The legitimacy of the government is compromised. Our proposals are legitimate. As a Democratic Party, we have supported electronic voting and electronic counting, so the Albanians of the Diaspora can also vote. We do not seek the open lists for ourselves. The open list is not in our interest party, it is a service to the Albanians. We must not end in a massacre. We need electronic voting and electronic counting. This is how we end the distortion of the vote," said Basha. 

After hearing the supporting statements of Bamir Topi and Spartak Ngela, he began to believe that he can be the person who can unite the PD and have thousands of Albanians as supporters. 

But, of course, this is not possible and Luli himself knows a lot. He is clear that there is little support on the ground and that is the reason why he does not even organize protests, go to the squares or gather the democrats on the boulevard. 

He chooses to act differently by gathering in corners with the few mercenaries or political charlatans he has left. /CNA
