The Complaints and Sanctions Commission came out today with the decision that the PD of vula, led by Enkejeld Alibeaj and Lulzim Basha, should be registered in the May 14 elections.

The session lasted 60 minutes and the members of KAS called valid the declaration of solemnity that was signed by Alibeaj and not by Basha, who turns out to be the official chairman of the DP in court.

It is reported that 4 of the members voted in favor, while one of them voted against. Specifically, Elvin Lako, Ilirjan Rusmali, Koli Bele and Ledio Braho voted in favor of Alibeaj.

On the other hand, the vote against belongs to Elvis Çefa.

We recall that Ilirjan Celibashi gave Basha 48 hours to complete the documentation as the official chairman of the DP in court. DP of the seal claimed that the documentation was regular and appealed this decision, but KAS again sent the case "into the hands" of Celibashi.

Then, the head of the CEC decided not to register the DP in the elections. This decision was again sent to KAS and the latter came out with the conclusion that the registration should be done with the commanding chairman Enkelejd Alibeajn./ CNA.al
