Komisioneri për Fqinjësinë dhe Zgjerimin në BE, Oliver Varhelyi në fjalën e tij për mediat komentoi mbi negociatat e Shqipërisë dhe BAshkimit Evropian.

Komisioneri u shpreh se Shqipëria i ka mbajtur premtimet e saj dhe se Bashkimi Evropian tashmë duhet t’i mbajë premtimet.

 “Nuk është vetëm Shqipëria që duhet të japë rezultate, pasi dhe ne kemi detyrime. BE duhet të jetë e gatshme të mbajë premtimet e veta, kur nga ana e vendit kandidat janë mbajtur. Dhe këtë po bëjmë. Kjo është arsyeja pse kemi hartuar saktësisht planin ekonomik, është shumë e rëndësishme që ta realizojmë atë për të qenë në gjendje të përshpejtojmë zhvillimin e ekon0omike këtu. Vitet e kaluara shifrat kanë qenë të mira, por duam më shumë. Kemi dhënë 1.8 mln euro grandesh për 40 projekte në Ballkan, por na duhet të shkojmë përtej”, u shpreh ai./CNA.al
