Spaho in harsh tones to Manjë/ "Don't be angry, release the pregnant woman"

Democratic MP, Edmond Spaho, has demanded accountability from the Minister of Justice and the Interior, Ulsi Manja, for the arrest of the expectant mother, Diana Bahçjas, who was arrested for not paying a previously imposed fine.

During his speech, Spaho cited the law, saying that her arrest is illegal and that Manja should release her and not laugh in Parliament.

"This cursing minister should not stay here, but go and free that pregnant woman. That the law says very clearly that a mother who has a child under the age of 1 cannot be arrested. The Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Justice should go and release him," said Spaho.

We remind you that Diana Bahçja was sentenced to 1 month and 20 days in prison for leaving her baby at home 8 days after birth./ CAN.al
