The Democratic Party of Vula, which is under the leadership of the commander Enkelejd Alibeaj, but with Basha as the chairman, who is still in court, will be registered today by KAS to participate in the May 14 elections.

CNA has learned from official sources near KAS that three of the five members of this structure will vote for the registration of Enkelejd Alibeaj, i.e. the Democratic Party of the stamp in the local elections.

According to the same sources, it is learned that Enkelejd Alibeaj will be recognized as a representative of the Democratic Party and this force will be the PD that will be included in the local elections of May, 2023.

KQZ fillimisht nuk e regjistroi Partinë e Alibeajt dhe Lulzim Bashës duke kërkuar që kreu zyrtar i PD-së, që figuron në Gjykatë, i cili është Lulzim Basha, të paraqiste një dokument të firmosur prej tij në datën e saktë të zgjedhjeve dhe të rifreskonte delegimin që i kishte bërë Enkelejd Alibeajt duke e kthyer pas regjistrimin e kësaj partie.

Por ishte KAS më pas, i cili e riktheu tek Ilirjan Celibashi ankimimin që bëri Alibeaj në këtë strukturë duke theksuar se drejtuesi i KQZ-së duhet të dilte me një vendim.

Pas daljes të vendimit është kryer ankimimi në KAS dhe pritet që gjatë ditës së sotme zyrtarisht, Alibeaj dhe Partia Demokratike e Vulës me Lulzim Bashën kryetar në Gjykatë, të regjistrohen për zgjedhjet vendore të Majit, 2023./ CNA.al
