The elected MP of the Democratic Party, Bledi Himçi, demanded that the ballots from the recount for the Peqin Municipality and the Gramsh Municipality be properly verified, as according to him, the ballots without stamps have created the 'Bulgarian train'.
Himçi made the statements this morning from the "Fahrie Hoti" Sports Palace in Tirana, where the process of recounting ballot boxes from the May 11 elections has begun.
Himçi emphasized that the vote manipulation was done by ballots that resulted without any stamp, regardless of which candidate they belonged to.
"The candidate doesn't matter. Here is a sheet without a stamp at all and it is called valid with the number 5. Without a stamp. This is the part of the Bulgarian train. They are trying to find it valid again. Normally, the table should also be corrected, but not only the table. The invalidity of this box should also be found. As long as a blank sheet is inserted here, which has created the "Bulgarian train" and look at the result of this center," said Himçi ./CNA
