Results from diaspora votes/ SP retains 12th mandate in Fier Region

Diaspora votes are being counted in the May 11 parliamentary elections for Fier Region. Based on this result, the Socialist Party has retained its 12th mandate in this region.

According to the results in the Fier Region, the Socialist Party secures 5 deputies from the closed list in the Assembly. The names are: Belinda Balluku, Petrit Malaj, Kiduina Zaka, Erjo Mile and Ana Nako. 

Meanwhile, from the open list, there will be 7 deputies from the Socialist Party in the Assembly. The names that will be part of the Assembly are: Ceno Klosi, Klevis Jahaj, Asfloral Haxhiu, Antoneta Dhima, Elton Korreshi, Zegjine Çaushi and Dhimitër Kruti. Only 2 women from the closed list will be included in this district.

As for the result for the DP-ASHM, the alliance receives 4 deputies from the closed list in Fier County. The names are: Gazment Bardhi, Luan Baçi, Brunilda Haxhiu and Saimir Korreshi, without managing to win any mandate through preferential voting and losing one place on the closed list. /CNA
