Vote counting from Greece/ Preferential voting process begins for 4 districts
The counting of votes from abroad for the May 11 elections...

Jorida Tabaku clashed with State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi at the Olympic Park premises, where the counting of votes from the diaspora is taking place. The tension on Tabaku's part occurred at the moment when the counting of votes from abroad for the Lezha region was continuing.
During this communication, Tabaku claimed that there were undeclared changes by the CEC, as according to her there was a difference of 50 votes.
Tabaku questioned the CEC's data system and received a response from Celibashi himself and one of the institution's representatives present at the count.
Jorida Tabaku: We asked you from the beginning, this number here is uncounted (points to a number on a piece of paper). Every hour I have asked you if there are any additional ones, if there are any additional ones. The difference between this and the ones that have been counted is 622. They are written in my hand. Now that it is being counted here, there are 658. There should have been 622 in total uncounted. While only these that are being counted are 658. So it is a difference of 50 votes.
Celibashi: Now 50 votes is a lot. We will see in the system what has been updated and what has not.
Jorida Tabaku: No, this is according to the system. Everything removed. I asked you every hour if there were any additional envelopes. We did the calculations on this figure. You gave us this figure.
CEC Representative: This was around 2160, now there are 13 more.
Jorida Tabaku: No, it's 50 more.
CEC Representative : Here they are, they didn't disappear. They are votes that need to be evaluated.
Gjin Gjoni: The problem is in the system, do you have a number?
Jorida Tabaku: We are doing the calculations on what is left. We are asking if there is that much left, because we are doing the calculations with this. Because if what is left is constantly added, it will also change our calculations.
Gjin Gjoni: These others should come out of the scan.
Celibashi: It's no longer scanned...
CEC Representative: You have to collect one number from the automatic system and one manually. You get one automatically and you have one in the physical registers.
Jorida Tabaku: Ok, okay. Now, we clarified this and after we clarified this 4 hours ago, we asked you and you told us this figure. Now it's 50 more, that's the problem. And we've asked you every hour, is there an increase. You told me no.
Celibashi: What is the claim?
Jorida Tabaku: The claim is that there were 622 to count from the figures you gave us, now we have 670 to count. And I asked you if there is any difference between the Lezha region and Greece and you said no, there is not.
Celibashi: It turns out that there is...
Jorida Tabaku: No, there wasn't, we have 4 hours here./CNA
