The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, requested today that the minutes from the session on the governing program not be recorded.

In his speech in the Assembly, Berisha accused of lack of transparency, fraud and described the session as a black record in the history of parliamentarism in the country and in the world.

"The only act that the session can do is to throw the minutes of the session in the trash. It will remain in the state archives as the most shameful minutes. Shame will cover those who held a session like that. This is only to hide, to deceive 18 Erion Veliaj. It cannot do this to the country. I am quoting the Constitution. I am not mentioning names here. Because he will come later. A handful of irresponsible people are afraid of transparency, they seek to get by without transparency. It marks a black record in the history of Albanian and world parliamentarism. The Constitutional Court should not turn it over, but the Assembly.
