"Most of the ministers are unknown"/ Kaso: There was a big loss from the last session, civic interest

Democratic MP Flamur Noka clashed today with Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi, regarding the DP's request to disapprove the minutes of the plenary session of the governing program.
In his speech in Parliament, Noka said that the Socialists, in 12 years of government, have desecrated democracy in the country.
Noka accused Pelesh of not reacting and not taking any measures when Prime Minister Rama insulted and blackmailed opposition MPs.
"In the past two sessions, you have stood out as a zealous militant. You cannot be a prompter. You are there to administer and not to be the prompter of the opposition. Let the deputies speak. Apologize to the citizens. You have been defiling democracy in the country for 12 years. You do not ask about democracy or the rights of the opposition. You showed that you are a prime ministerial republic. Enemies that the prime minister has in his mind. Rama has no right to insult the opposition. He threatened and blackmailed it. You did not take any measures," said Noka. /CNA
