Partial local elections/ Celibashi: CEC has begun preparations, it will be a

Chief Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi, invited to the show "Kafe Shqeto", spoke about the local by-elections that are expected to take place in the country.

Celibashi stated that as far as the CEC is concerned, preparations have begun for the development of the process.

The Chief Commissioner guaranteed that the CEC will guarantee a fair process for all parties.

Further, the head of the CEC also focused on the final OSCE-ODIHR report on the May 11 parliamentary elections.

A report for which he said that all those factors related to the elections should reflect on the points that the OSCE mission will present.

 

" The upcoming elections for 5 or 6 municipalities, because Tirana is not known how it will go, as far as the CEC is concerned, we have begun preparations for this process. We will offer the opportunity for that process to be fair for all parties."

"Everyone related to the elections, the government, the opposition, the police, should reflect on what the OSCE-ODIHR report will contain ," said Celibashi.
