The Chairman of the Freedom Party Parliamentary Group, Tedi Blushi, in a post on social networks commented on the dismissal of the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

Blushi says that the Socialists' vote was a vote for their own dismissal.

MP Blushi writes that those who protested "Lali Eri, gold, we are waiting for you at the municipality" today escorted him like a corpse.

Blushi accuses Braimllari of being a disgusting amphibian who hides behind socialist advisors and why he went there with the opposition's votes.

 

"The vote of the SP councilors for the dismissal of Erion Veliaj is also a vote for their own (self)dismissal.

They have voted to support and legitimize every corrupt affair, every criminal act, and every deliberate destruction of Tirana.

The same people who rose up in protest with the chants "Lali Eri, oh gold, we are waiting for you at the City Hall", today escorted him from the City Hall as a political corpse.

Without their votes, Erion Veliaj's corruption and crimes would be almost attempted acts.

Their depersonalization is evidence of irresponsibility in relation to the public interest and taxes, of political blindness and lack of backbone and integrity.

I'm not talking about those disgusting amphibians who, with the opposition's votes, infiltrated that Council and today hide their heads like ostriches behind the backs of the SP councilors, stamping themselves on their foreheads with the disgusting mark of a degraded political image.

This dismissal of Erion Veliaj is not only necessary, but also long overdue. It should mark the beginning of a profound process towards accountability and the return of the Municipality to the citizens.
