Rama: Minister Diella will offer citizens some services that we cannot provide

Prime Minister Edi Rama commented today regarding Diella, the Minister of Public Procurement created by Artificial Intelligence.

In his speech during his participation in the "Albania, New Horizons" conference in Vienna, Rama said that Diella will offer several services to citizens, as part of a goal to provide 90% of services via the internet.

"We have removed physical services, it is expected that 90% of services will be provided via the internet and everyone can receive the service via mobile phone, whether they are in Tirana or Australia. It is a big change considering the cases. How much bribery and corruption there was in the system, while today it is deleted from the system. The good side of Artificial Intelligence is the opportunity to work on the data that we provide to citizens.
