OSCE-ODIHR Report/Berisha: Entire pages list the entire tragedy

DP leader Sali Berisha has commented on the OSCE/ODIHR report. Berisha said that the entire electoral fraud is listed on entire pages of the report.

"It was an event of great importance the complete failure of Edi Rama's extraordinary efforts to change, not to say block, the report on the May 11 electoral farce.

It is in the dignity of those observers and their leaders that not only did they not change a single point or comma from the previous report, but in a series of issues they listed a multitude of facts and data with which they gave a final answer to Edi Rama, who was asking them where they had the facts to prove what they had written.

Whoever has eyes to read, let them read the entire electoral mess, not in one or two districts, but in most of Albania's districts, on entire pages.

The truth is that in 33 years, this is the most damning report on Edi Rama's electoral farce.

No other report has had the magnitude of denouncing the farce as the May 11 election report.

Endless arguments have been put forward about the functioning of the party-state. Of using all government and state resources to steal elections.

Of course, the report cannot write what is not written. No. It had a duty, those men and women had a duty to say whether the elections complied with international standards or not.

And they point out that in a pluralistic democracy, these elections do not comply with the most fundamental principle of equality.

They state that all means were used to turn an electoral process into a farce.

And I heartily salute them for standing by the Prime Minister in all his unconstitutional, illegal positions in the electoral farce.

There's a quote of mine, please, just for a moment I need to unpack it a little.

It says that Berisha threatened an ally of Rama that on May 11th you will be declared a terrorist organization. It was about the Troplini cartel. I said that and I congratulate them. I have declared that not only the Troplini cartel, but all of them will be declared terrorist organizations.

I thank them because they are absolutely the European branches of the Latin American narco-terrorist cartels.
