Rama said that the SP candidate will win with the deepest margin of his 3 mandates.

"I want to tell the residents of Tirana who are going to vote, that today it is very important for them to keep in mind that the vote on May 14 is not just a vote for the mayor, or who is the person we will hire to serve us the next 4 years. This is very important, but the vote of May 14 is just as important to decide how the future of our country will be in relation to itself and our partners. In relation to our future, which is known, it is an equal state among equals in the united European family.

The May 14 vote is more a test of character for right-wing voters than a victory test for left-wing voters. We, the Socialist Party, are convinced that we can overcome the test of victory without the help of others, by ourselves and on May 14, Lali Eri will become our mayor again with the deepest difference of his 3 mandates. But this is not enough, this is enough for Erin, for the SP, but not for Tirana and Albania. For Tirana and Albania, the character test of voters who are aligned to the right is important. Those who say we never vote left. I do not call on them to join the SP, or to vote for the SP. Although it would be good if what they have as citizens of Tirana in relation to the Municipality, the services, the children and others vote for Lali Erin.
