"SP is bringing African standards"/ Zhupa: The majority dreams of

Democratic MP Ina Zhupa accused the majority today of treating the Assembly as a one-party state through its efforts.

In her speech to the Culture, Tourism and Diaspora Committee, Zhupa stated that while the European path is being preached, the Socialist Party is bringing African standards.

Zhupa added that the Democratic Party will stand in defense of the Constitution and the public interest.

"Day after day, the majority is treating the Assembly as a one-party one, where decision-making does not come as a result of the implementation of the Constitution and the regulations, but as a result of the force of cardboard. You overthrow the constitutional rights of the opposition by vote, from investigative committees such as the one for elections and McGonigal, to interpellations with the prime minister, hearings with ministers, motions with debate.
