"When they don't have hair, it's easier for me to find an alliance"/ Rama: I never thought I would praise a democrat

Prime Minister Edi Rama was present at the international conference on Life Sciences and Agriculture, held at the Agricultural University.

During his speech, Rama did not spare jokes with the rector of UBT, where he said it is easier to form an alliance with the Democrats who have no hair.

Further, the Prime Minister said that he had never thought he would praise a democrat so much.

" UBT today has managed to implement a reform that is not only beneficial to the university, but opens a window to our entire university world. I never thought I would praise a democrat so much. I have realized that when democrats have no hair, it is easier for me to find an alliance with them ," said Rama./CNA
