"Protests in every street and neighborhood"/ Baçi: Rama cannot

Democratic MP Luan Baçi commented today on the calls for protests by the Democratic Party and the opposition.

Invited to A2 CNN, Baçi stated that the opposition people should protest in every street and neighborhood, since power is in their hands.

The MP said that there should be more protests in the Parliament, as according to him, the opposition has its own place in the institution and seats that not even the Prime Minister can take away.

"There should be protests in Parliament, just like there was today. There should be protests in every street and every neighborhood. We have our place in Parliament, the seats there belong to the opposition people and Rama cannot take them away from us."

The start of the protest is known, at 6:00 PM, but the end is never known, nor is the way in which the protest will take place.

"In the end, we must keep in mind one thing: when there is a protest, the power is in the hands of the opposition people. On the day the time and place of the protest are determined, the power passes into the hands of the opposition people. We do not know whether speeches will be held or not. It can be decided by the opposition people on the day of the protest," said Baçi ./CNA
