Balluk/Balla's immunity request: The Assembly has determined the procedure,

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, delivered his speech outside the Parliament premises.

Asked about SPAK's request regarding the lifting of immunity against Belinda Balluku, Balla said that he will carry out the process according to procedures.

The head of the socialist group said that despite Gazment Bardhi's screams, the Assembly procedure is well-defined and said that implementation will begin tomorrow.

Balla further stated that SPAK is supported by only one political force and it is clear that this force is the Socialist Party.

Regarding the measures imposed by the Criminal Investigation and Prevention Commission against the Deputy Director of Tirana Police, Erion Ismaili, Balla declared that he strongly supports the cleansing of the police from these elements.

 

" I am happy every time SPAK carries out operations. I was looking forward to having a debate today on the fight against crime, the opposition had requested it. We all know very well that SPAK is supported by only one political force, which is clearly the position. I strongly support it, it has been a priority to cleanse the police of these elements.

The Albanian Parliament has clearly defined the procedure, despite the cries and screams of Gazment Bardhi. Tomorrow the Parliament will start the defined procedure. It will be carried out according to the procedure. In this case, we will have communication on this issue , "said Balla./CNA
