His arrest is expected, GJKKO gives today the measure for Berisha

Today, the Special Court will give the measure for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, while SPAK has demanded "house arrest" and a communication ban against him. 

The session is expected to start at 12:00.

On the other hand, Berisha's lawyers have requested the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka, claiming that she is in a conflict of interest.

In addition to the "prison arrest", SPAK demands for Berisha, his custody with police officers in the apartment. 

This measure by SPAK came after earlier, the former prime minister did not implement the decision of the Court, that of the obligation to appear before the judicial police. 

Former Prime Minister Berisha is accused of being suspected of corruption in connection with the privatization of the former Partizani complex. His son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi is also under investigation for this file, who is under "house arrest" as a security measure./ CNA
