"They are imprisoning me", Berisha's call to the democrats a few

The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has joined the protest in front of the Supreme Court, where the trial for the DP seal is being held.

During his speech at the improvised podium, Berisha focused on SPAK's request for the measure of 'house arrest with police supervision', saying that his enemies think that by blocking communication, they will prevent him from criticizing and attacking the government.

He said that the measure of arrest against him is illegal and the democrats will manage to oust Rama from power. 

"By taking away my right to communicate, they think they will get rid of deserved criticism and attacks... My friends, today we must ask for the attention of every Albanian, because when the court is used as a weapon against the opposition, this is a dictatorship. When the logo and seal are openly confiscated, and demanded to be given to a person who is Rama's arm, that is dictatorship. Albanians, wake up, what happened in Russia, Belarus... not a dictatorship like the old ones with concentration camps, but a modern dictatorship with courts that imprison the opposition. This is not Berisha's battle, although I am being unjustly imprisoned, this is a battle for the freedom of Albanians. Rama will get what he deserves, we remain undefeated", said Berisha./ CNA
