Prime Minister Edi Rama gave good news during the inspections of the works in the Muriz tunnel.
Rama said that the works are moving fast in the Llogara tunnel as well.
He predicted that the Llogara tunnel will be completed in June 2024.
"The Llogara tunnel, which will be completed in June 2024, started much later than this one, but having a much more favorable geology in Llogara, the same company is moving at about 20 m per day, while in Murriz it is progressing at approx. 2 m per day. However, the worst has passed and today's light is a strong reason to believe that 2024 will also mark the end of this challenging work", announced the head of the government./ CNA
