Prime Minister Edi Rama during the presentation of the Public Servant of Artificial Intelligence, "Virtual Assistant 1.0" said that this technology will help the Albanian citizen in e-albania. 

Rama underlined that within the year 2024, the Virtual Assistant 2.0 will also be "live", which will appear with voice and image and will do the entire application process on behalf of the citizen. 

He clarified that a public servant will be available to every citizen, at any hour of the day and night, for receiving services in e-Albania where there is no need for any other help for anyone who applies for a service

"We should also extend this to the co-governance platform. The assistant who today enters into relations with the citizens, but prepares that after a period of getting to know them, enters into interaction with voice and figure and is not an aid that helps them with the application, but the person who performs the procedure. The day will come when the citizen will request the service and all the processes will be done by the personal public servant. The citizen will receive the relevant document," said Rama. /CNA
