The Democratic Party has filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court regarding the protected areas law.

In a statement to the media from the Constitutional Court, Ina Zhupa said that with the changes made to the law, there are no longer protected areas and construction can be done anywhere.

Zhupa further said that Rama has started an open war against all public property to turn it into a function of the oligarchs.

The MP stated that they will present to the Constitutional Court all violations of the Constitution that have been committed with the amendment of this law and said that the Stabilization and Association Agreement has also been violated.
