DP criticizes the situation according to the World Bank / Teliti: Our program

Dorjan Teliti, the Coordinator for the Economic Program at the Democratic Party, reacted today after the publication of the World Bank report on the economy.

According to Teliti, this report once again highlights the fact that poverty has steadily increased in Albanian families.

Teliti also lists the emergency measures that the DP will undertake immediately after coming to power.

“ALBANIA IN CRISIS: ECONOMIC GROWTH ONLY FOR THE RICH, POVERTY DEEPENS.

The World Bank report has again revealed the bitter truth:

1. Albanians are the poorest people.

2. Wealth is concentrated in a minority, while the majority of citizens are sinking into poverty and living in severe economic hardship.

3. Mass emigration and lack of jobs are ruining the country's future!

The government is silent because it is the architect of this economic and social catastrophe, while the DP has a concrete solution:

1. We set a living wage of €200 – no one should live in poverty!

2. We refund VAT on basic goods – citizens deserve more affordable prices!

3. Increase salaries and pensions – it's time for Albanians to live with dignity!

4. We strengthen entrepreneurship and create new jobs – we stop poverty at its roots!
