Journalist Armand Shkullaku commented on the visit of Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha to Germany at the CDU congress. Shkullaku emphasized that Berisha's visit is of great value to his image, given that he had not visited Germany since 2011.

Among other things, Shkullaku stated that Berisha's rapprochement with British conservatives, Republicans in America, or politicians in Italy makes you understand that everything that happened to him in Albania was a sponsored game.

"The moment the big world newspapers start writing, they are alarm signals, even though here in Albania, there were our colleagues who relativized it. Well, what did Le Monde, the New York Times, Corriere della Sera say, things that we here know."

The problem is not that they say things that are unknown, and the chancelleries of their countries, perhaps with a delay, are starting to react.

This meeting has value because Sali Berisha has not been to Germany since 2011, since the cold war with Merkel, when he was prime minister, which has a value even for what you said 'the rift as a siege'.
