The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, said after the closing of the plenary session that Lulzim Basha, together with the deputies by his side, should join the democratic legislators to set up investigative commissions in the Assembly.

Bardhi asked the director Basha why he comes to the Assembly, only when he needs the votes of the majority. 

"I don't understand the reason why my colleague Basha should not be in the battle with us to set up investigative commissions. Why don't colleagues fight for the TIMS system, or the four concession contracts. I urge you to join our battle. Basha runs when he needs the number of votes for Balla or the majority in the Assembly", said Bardhi.

He further added that the Assembly should respect the rights of the opposition.

"Let us exercise our constitutional rights. The opposition cannot be excluded from the Assembly. They remove the strong ones, they think they have the majority of Albanians, they create a fake opposition. They used the same model in 2021," said Bardhi.
