Embassy announcement on Iranian threat/ Lamallari: A standard communication, has been made in other countries as well

Interior Minister Besfort Lamallari spoke at a media conference about the announcement made by the US embassy regarding the Iranian threat.

Lamallari said that there was communication with the embassy's security office and it was confirmed that it was a standard notification.

The Minister stated that any attempt to create a false image of Albania harms the Albanian economy and citizens.

" From the communication with the embassy's security office, it has been confirmed that it is a standard communication that has been made in other countries. Measures have also been taken to respond to threats that come in a hybrid form, which aim at destabilization. Any attempt that seeks to create a wrong image of Albania is only to the detriment of Albanian citizens. The economy is directly affected ," said Lamallari.
