Berisha calls on MPs: Engage with new party memberships

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, delivered his speech at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Group.

Berisha called on MPs to engage with new party memberships, describing it as a vital process for the party. Among other things, he said this will be an indicator for evaluating the work of MPs.

"In the meantime, I will close with two other requests for you, gentlemen of the parliament. Elections are taking place in all branches of the country. They have been held and have proceeded with normality in their entirety, but the most important task today is new memberships. I also held a meeting yesterday with political leaders and coordinators, but each of you is invited to contribute in the most serious way that you can to new memberships.

This process is vital for the DP. Don't forget that we have a major problem, ethnic cleansing due to Edi Rama's policies, the departure of people from Albania. That's why you should promote it, you should contribute with all your possibilities for new memberships. We should appreciate it to the maximum extent.

"It is the condition of all conditions that this political force resists undefeatedly against this authoritarian dictatorship based on drugs and theft of Albanians. It is also an indicator in the assessment of everyone's work. We must take it in the most serious way ," Berisha said. /CNA
