"Their demands without any response"/ Bozdo: The tailoring sector is

Democratic Party MP Enno Bozdo focused on the tailoring sector in today's plenary session.

Bozdo said that the demands of this sector have fallen on deaf ears and have not received any response.

The Democrat said that if this pace continues, one of the most important sectors, such as tailoring, is at risk of disappearing.

Bozdo further stated that in the last two decades, the tailoring industry has generated more than 1 billion dollars and employs around 65 thousand employees.

 

" Export manufacturing, otherwise known as the fashion sector. Whose problems and concerns we have heard before the economy committee, we have heard them repeatedly in the media, and whose demands we have made, we have heard them in all instances. Demands that have not received any response, have fallen on deaf ears, and if this continues, it risks the reduction and then the disappearance of one of the most important sectors of our productive economy.

"It is a sector that in the last two decades has generated more than 1 billion euros and currently employs 65,000 employees at the first level, and over 100 others who serve this sector in a secondary way ," said Bozdo.
