Prime Minister Edi Rama participated in the meeting of the Socialist Party Assembly in unit no. 2 in Tirana.

During his speech, Rama said that the Socialist Party has started working in preparation for next year's elections. He said that a restructuring of the work in the Tirana municipality has been seen and needed.

"Since we have resumed work in view of next year's elections. We project and prepare our victories, taking time much earlier than others. We have seen the need to restructure the work in the municipality of Tirana.

But if we look at the growth of some regions, it is clear that organization is the essence. Salaries in the private sector continue to grow and in the public sector they have increased continuously. We have entered the phase like we did with doctors, military personnel and teachers. We are recognizing seniority in the job. It is not the same salary.

These things are normal, but we couldn't do them anymore because we didn't have a budget. Even pensions have entered the Growth Plan, where growth will double every year. This means that the economy is working. We all learned that the economy is not only related to what we do here, but also to what happens far away from us. We learned it with the pandemic and wars ," Rama said. /CNA
