"Double your enterprise"/ Rama presents the new program for small and

"Double Your Enterprise" is the newest program from the government to help small and medium-sized enterprises that seek to expand their activity, but are financially unable to take this step.

Prime Minister Edi Rama introduced the program in today's episode of the "Flasim" podcast, where he emphasized that there will be several financial instruments to provide access to small and medium-sized enterprises to grow.

"We are working on a new program, which I have promoted and I believe that we will soon reach a conclusion that is precisely a program to support the next level of ambition of those who have laid a foundation and who are in conditions where, due to financial impossibility, they could have things ready, but cannot take the next step and continue to try to create financial conditions. Through dedicated instruments and sovereign guarantees, this program is expected to facilitate access to financing and promote a new phase of development for Albanian businesses, contributing to economic growth and the creation of more opportunities in the country. The program will need to have several financial instruments to give access to small and medium-sized enterprises, so that they can grow. It is a program that must be supported by a sovereign guarantee, as we support those enterprises in agriculture, because we also support small and medium-sized enterprises with a financial instrument where the state becomes a guarantor in various forms, where municipalities can enter with a participation depending on the nature of the enterprise", - Rama informed./CNA
